To fix hairline cracks, we begin by brushing away any debris to ensure a clean surface. Next, we apply elastomeric caulking, which flexes with temperature changes to prevent future cracking. Once cured, the area is painted to seamlessly match your home’s exterior.
Blistering Stucco
Blistering occurs when moisture becomes trapped beneath the stucco or the home’s finish layer.
Our repair process starts with removing any loose stucco or blistered material. We then take out the damaged lath and house wrap—key components for moisture protection—and replace them with new materials. Once replaced, we apply a three-coat stucco system and finish with matching paint.
Holes In Stucco
Stucco holes can result from poor application, substandard materials, or extreme weather exposure.
To repair, we clean the hole using a wire brush and compressed air to eliminate any loose fragments. We then fill the opening with polyurethane caulk and finish with paint for a clean, consistent look.
Mold In Stucco
Excessive moisture can lead to mold growth on or beneath stucco surfaces. Mold should be treated promptly, as it poses health risks and can compromise your home's foundation.
We treat mold by applying a solution of five parts water to one part bleach, followed by scrubbing and rinsing. Once dry and clear of mold, the area is re-stuccoed and painted to restore your home’s finish.
